"The Treasure of Alpheus Winterborn" is a made-for-television adaptation of the book of the same name. The program, released in 1991, is an edited version of program "The Clue According to Sherlock Holmes", originally broadcast in 1980.
This version of the program removes scenes with Holmes and Watson and opens with Anthony Monday walking home. The rest of the program follows the plot of the 1980 version.
