Saint Cecilia Hall was a building on the campus of the College of Saint Teresa in Winona, Minnesota.

Built in 1912, the hall was the music and drama education center of campus, containing practice rooms for musicians and a small theater where John Bellairs later performed during his time on campus. It is connected to Saint Teresa Hall.

"The theater is an intimate concert hall with orchestra and balcony seating, affording excellent views of the stage. The Saint Mary's University Concert Band has performed in this space, which has fine acoustics for ensemble and chamber music, and the hall has also hosted professional musical and theater groups."[1]

In 1992 Cotter High School moved to the former St. Teresa campus and in 2006 the Catholic schools bought four buildings previously leased from Saint Mary's University[2].
